Add job history

IMPORTANT

History tables do not store the ID of records - for example if an employee is in department 'Sales' which has an ID of 123 then the history table will store Sales. It does not store 123.

This means if you change the name of the Sales department this will NOT change in the history record - this only applies to history records.

This is done so if you delete a department, for example, we do not then lose the history record for that department.
